SPECIALITY CLASSES
8-WEEK SESSIONS

BRIDAL PARTY BOOTCAMP - A program designed for the entire bridal party - bride, groom, attendants, parents and more.  Everyone works together in a class setting but the programs are personally designed based on everyone’s individual goals!  We work on strength, aerobic capacity, balance, agility and more. This is a well-rounded fitness routine that will have everyone strong, healthy and confident for the big day.

BUDDY BOOTCAMP - Grab your partner and motivate each other to get in the best shape of your lives with our Buddy Building class.  Working in pairs, this class focuses on partner drills that the work the entire body through strength training, aerobics, balance, agility and coordination drills.  This is a circuit class with timed stations utilizing various equipment and body weight exercises that you either compete against or work with your partner to complete.  Exercising with a friend is a perfect way to have fun while pushing each other to work harder. 

COUPLES BOOTCAMP – Grab your spouse and motivate each other to get in the best shape of your lives.  We focus on partner drills that the work the entire body through strength training, aerobics, balance, and coordination.  You will be put through exercises that promote healthy competition as well as those that promote cooperation – great pre-marriage therapy!!  Exercising together is a perfect way to have fun and get some laughs while pushing each other to your physical limits.   We also provide nutritional guidance, stress relieving tips, lifestyle coaching and the personal attention you need to restructure, discover your best self and build a solid relationship!

KID POWER - This is an awesome youth conditioning class that teaches them safe and proper technique for lifting and landing. The class incorporates plyometrics, speed drills and fitness games. The primary focus is reaction, power, agility and flexibility to reduce the risk of injuries in the various sports in which kids participate. This class is for athletic or more active children under the age of 12.

FAMILY BOOTCAMP -  This game-like circuit training class is sure to charge up family time.  Family Bootcamp is a full body workout for everyone who participates. These creatively designed classes will help you to increase endurance, strengthen and tone muscles, and develop flexibility. It's never too early or too late to incorporate a fitness program as part of a healthy lifestyle, so grab the family and join in on the fun!

TEEN FIT CAMP - The camp empowers kids by showing them they can be successful in strength, aerobic and flexibility challenges by putting a spin on traditional exercises from gym class to make them fun but effective. Each class ends with a discussion about healthy choices where the kids can engage and ask questions in a safe environment. Class is for less active kids or those needing to lose weight.
