PRE & POST NATAL | PARENT & BABY CLASSES
Staying active during pregnancy can ward off gestational diabetes, aches, pains & other complications. It will also prepare you to be mentally tough & physically capable during labor.
You will also need to bring a signed MEDICAL CONSENT FORM in order to participate in classes (found at the bottom of this page) We require a signed consent form from your doctor or health care provider.
PRE/POST NATAL COMBINED CLASS
BODY BEAUTIFUL - This specially designed combo class gives you everything you need to stay fit during your pregnancy! We start out with 20 minutes of light aerobic and cardio work followed by 20 minutes of strength training and toning for arms, legs and your ever important core. The class finishes with a 20 minute stretching session including a final relaxation and meditative discussion designed to remind you of the magic and beauty of this time. Mat required.
NEWBORN - PRE-CRAWLING BABIES
MOMS/DADS/GRANDPARENTS & BABY – Combining the best of Yoga and Pilates, this class works the whole body. Connecting mind, body and breath, this class focuses on opening the upper body and building core strength incorporating baby as appropriate. You will boost your immune system, increase circulation and flexibility while bonding with baby. No advanced poses here, just a good simple workout every time.
