ADULT GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Are you ready to take the first step? Reaching your fitness goals and creating the life you dream of is a result of committing yourself to personal development.  We are here to guide you, train you, support you and celebrate with you!

BODY BALANCE/YOGA FUSION (TF) – Lengthen and tone while building flexibility and challenging balance and coordination.  We use easy to follow yoga and Pilates movements that promote a strong core, perfect posture, proper breathing techniques, enhanced circulation, patience and persistence.  This workout will reduce stress and leave you feeling centered and calm. Mat required.

BODY SHOCK (CS) – This total body, high intensity style program utilizes free weights, resistance and cardiovascular training.  This is plateau-proof fitness at its best.  The high energy, choreographed movements in this workout will give you the results you want and will keep you coming back for more!  Mat required.

BOOTCAMP (CST) – This is the ultimate class for those who like  to vary their routines. We use many tactics to get your body in optimal shape. Using weights of all kinds, calisthenics, drills and intervals, this class will help you achieve maximum results in minimum time. Mat required.

CARDIO FUSION (C) - This fun program combines many styles of cardio (Intervals, Zumba, Kickboxing and more)  to give you a great fat burning session in record time!  You will
increase your agility, coordination, heart and lung capacity and have a great time!  Mat Required.

CIRCUIT TRAINING (CSTF) – This class gives you everything your body needs:  multi-level cardio, agility training, strength, toning, flexibility, balance and coordination.  Working at your own pace and with a variety of gym equipment (jump ropes, kettlebells, bosu, medicine balls and more), you will be taken through various timed exercise stations that will work your entire body at whatever level you need.  Mat Required.

GENTLE BODY BEAUTIFUL (CSTF) - This specially designed combo class gives you everything you need to stay fit at any age, fitness level, physical condition or during and just after your pregnancy!  We start out with 20 minutes of light  aerobic and cardio work. That's followed by 20 minutes of strength training for  arms, legs and abs. Class finishes with a 20 minute yoga-style cool down including relaxation, stretching and meditation.  Mat required.

GENTLE YOGA (Y) - A gentle and authentic yoga class honoring the traditional Raja yoga of India. This class offers basic yoga postures, gentle flowing sequences, mind body awareness techniques and breathing and relaxation exercises. A gentle class for all levels which will leave you feeling refreshed, more flexible, relaxed and positive.  No prior yoga experience needed and all levels of fitness welcome, including  pre/ post natal, seniors, over-worked athletes, over-stressed professionals and those who just feel they need an hour to calm their bodies and minds. Mat required.

KETTLEBELL (CSTF) – Gain a sturdy body and sound mind with Kettlebell training.   The combination of movement makes it joint friendly, helps build strength, flexibility, endurance, and works balance and agility - a total body whammy.  The class focuses on proper form for foundation exercises; the swing, clean and snatch, plus teaches you combinations that will develop cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. Mat required.

MANIA (CST) - This is ONE's version of the popular home workout program Insanity!  Together, we will blow past our limits with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves.  Mat required.

POWER PILATES (PIYO STRENGTH)
(CSTF) – This strength workout is the perfect blend of many disciplines: Pilates, yoga, core conditioning, and cardio/athletic training that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, core stability, and agility. This workout provides an incredible experience and helps you lose weight.  Mat required. 

POWER HOUR (ST) – This weight-lifting class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! By focusing on lifting low weight loads and highly repetitive movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle.  Mat required.

TURBO KICK (CT) – The unique movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give you the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body cool-down designed to maximize weight loss. 

YOGA BELL (STF) - These two practices have stood the test of time benefiting humanity for
centuries.  They are combined to complement each other and provide you with a
full body workout, training all aspects of physical performance. Your heart and
energy systems will be subject to tremendous improvement along with a greater
ability to breathe and relax. Mat Required.

YOGA FLOW (S, F) - Combines strength, balance, flexibility, and breath work to enhance your physique and calm your mind. Mat Required.

ZUMBA (C) –  Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will soar!  It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, and often building a deep-rooted community among our clients.

ZUMBA TONING (C, T) – When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning
raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a  calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use light weights to tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

30 MINTUE-EXPRESS CLASSES
ABC - ABS, BUTT, CORE
  (CT) - The name says it all! Tone and tighten your abs, lift and firm up your rear, strengthen your entire core...all those trouble spots will soon disappear! Mat required.

B3 - BALLS, BANDS, BOSU OR BARS (CSTF) - We mix it up with the use of different equipment, all designed to build and tone your muscles.  You will not believe how quickly the time flies , and how quickly you will see results! Mat required.

BEACH BODY BLAST (CST) - We bring you the best of the most popular home workout programs with the bonus of our motivating instructors, live!  Whether it's P90X, Brazil Butt Lift, Insanity, Turbo Fire or another program, we promise you will see your body transform!  Mat required.

CARDIO MAX (C) - No equipment required! This 30 minute workout utilizes Anaerobic, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Tabata principles to boost metabolism and fat burning capacity helping to rapidly get the heart and lungs working efficiently and maximize calorie and fat burn.

CORE BUILDER (ST) – Looking for a short, sharp workout focused on strengthening and toning your core?  This 30 minute workout is full of hardcore intense ab work which is ideal for tightening your tummy while toning your back and improving posture.  Mat required.

HIIT it! (CT) – The Tabata protocol is a High-Intensity Interval Training regimen that produces remarkable results.  Each exercise consists of 8 cycles of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause for a
total of four minutes.  Come and see if you’re Tabata tough!  Mat required.

LOWER BODY EXPLOSION (CST) – This 30 minute workout focuses on everything below the belt using traditional exercises such as lunges and squats combined with plyometrics to work the hips to the toes and everything in between.  Using the metabolic muscles of the buns and thighs your heart rate will soar and so will your fat burning potential.  Mat required.

PILATES/DANACE FUSION (STF) - This fun and inspiring class combines  Pilates, Deep Stretching, Full Body Functional Strength Training and some basic dance movements and poses to tone and lengthen your muscles.  You will Increase your strength, balance,  coordination, core strength, spinal integrity, abdominal strength, flexibility……and have a great time!

POWER UP
(ST) – This 30 minute workout focuses on the upper body muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back) using bands, dumbbells and other equipment.  Our combination of moves will have you ready to show off those finely sculpted arms in no time.  Mat required. 

TOP to BOTTOM (ST) - This 30 minute workout focuses on your muscles top to bottom (biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, legs & glutes).  We use traditional and extraordinarily creative exercises so you burn fat while building and sculpting your muscles.  Remember, muscle burns fat, so lets get lean together!  Mat required.

TURBO FIRE (C) - TurboFire® is the intense cardio conditioning program that will help you get leaner with exercises that  burn up to 9x more fat and calories than regular cardio.
