FAMILY FITNESS EVENTS

ONE Training makes health, fitness and wellness the center of your corporate family events.  We educate, we get creative and we get everyone moving.  Families who are active together have a closer bond, more open communication and are happier in their interactions.

Our programs:
* Educate on nutrition, fitness and health
* Allow children of similar age groups to interact, compete and play together
* Include make and take creative activities focused on fitness or nutrition
* Provide a healthy meal or snack
* Educate parents on ways to interact with their children in a fun new context

FAMILY FUN DAY OR FAMILY FUN NIGHT
Generally held on a Friday evening or Saturday morning, with activities scheduled throughout the event.   As a public relations/good corporate citizen offering, you may open it up to the community and/or your corporate neighbors - otherwise it can just be for your corporate families.  If you wish, we can collect a monetary donation as the entry fee with the proceeds going to a local charity (of your choice, or we can designate one).  The sponsoring corporation(s) would fund time and materials only.

A healthy food basket or family exercise kit is awarded to the highest scoring team.

30 minute exercise programs:
Wee Fit (for the younger kids) - Lets burn off some of that tiny energy!  We use preschool songs and get them jumping, dancing, wiggling and grooving!
Turbo Teen (for the older kids) - High-Energy dance music will get the kids pumped up and ready to kick, punch and burn calories!
Get up and Get Movin’ (for the entire family) - Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  We’ll lead you in an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning fitness-party.  We end with a mind-body cool down aimed at reducing stress leaving you feeling centered and calm.

BRING YOUR CHILD TO WORK DAY
The classic event in which parents bring their children to work with them for the morning or afternoon. All of the activities are centered around health, fitness and wellness in a safe environment where children can ask questions and learn about the value of making healthy choices.  The event is held on a weekday for ages 6 and older.

Each year more than 37 million youths and adults participate in this event at over 3.5 million workplaces.  Next year will be the 20th anniversary for the program.

Employees typically invite their own children or relatives to join them at work, but the program can also be designed to invite children from residential programs or shelters who may not be exposed to many adults in skilled professions today.  This is a great community building effort.

Breakfast or Lunch – For parents and children (we will consult with parents about dietary concerns or they can supply their own meals)

30 minute exercise programs:
Body Balance  – This class will help develop poise and grace with easy to follow Yoga and Pilates movements that build flexibility and challenge balance & coordination while promoting perfect posture, proper breathing techniques, patience & persistence
Bootcamp Challenge  – We will wear them out with our Bootcamp exercises including sports drills, plyometrics, strength training etc.  Designed for two separate age groups; 6-10 and 11+.
